Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science or Business.
• Proven track record leading complex defence projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects and contracts.
• Excellent planning, scheduling, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex defence systems projects across full lifecycle.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk outcomes.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Lead customer reviews, steering committees and governance forums.
• Manage contract variations and changes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across customers and partners.
• Identify opportunities to maximise project and business outcomes.
