Job summary

Breight Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects from our Rivervale office in Perth. The role requires ownership of multiple projects, leading with safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, in collaboration with project engineers, site teams, and clients.

The ideal candidate will manage contracts, procurement, and subcontractor performance while guiding teams and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple large-scale multi-discipline projects in construction/mining.
• Strong grasp of project management principles, contracts, and controls.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Solid risk management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery, managing cost, schedule, scope and resources.
• Oversee mobilisation, planning and execution across sites.
• Ensure safety, quality and commercial requirements are met.
• Manage contracts, procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external contractors for smooth delivery.
• Provide structured reporting, governance and oversight of commercial aspects.
• Support continuous improvement of project systems and frameworks.
• Mentor and guide project teams to develop capability and accountability.
