Job summary

BMR Piping & Civil is seeking a Project Coordinator to own the full project lifecycle from estimating and tendering through to award, planning and on-site execution. Based in Perth with FIFO to sites, you will be the link between clients, site crews and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have mining industry experience and a mechanical trade background, with strong communication and multitasking skills to manage multiple deliverables from estimate to close-out.

Qualifications

• Mining industry experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build estimates and prepare tenders for mining mechanical & piping projects.
• Follow successful tenders through award, mobilisation, and planning.
• Coordinate project execution, including scheduling, resourcing, materials, and subcontractors.
• Support HSE best practice and lead by example on site.
• Monitor procurement so crews have the plant, equipment, and materials they need from day one.
• Track project progress, costs, and reporting using Excel and our project systems.
• Build strong relationships with clients, crews, and suppliers.
• Mentor and guide site teams in technical and construction practices.
• Travel to various sites as project needs require, working FIFO.

Ready to step off the tools and into a role that shapes projects from the first estimate to the final handover? We are looking for a Project Coordinator to take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from estimating and tendering through to award, planning and on-site execution. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Perth, with FIFO to various sites depending on project requirements. Reporting to executive leadership, you will be the link between our clients, site crews and suppliers. It is an ideal step for someone ready to move off the tools and into a genuine pathway towards a Project Manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Build estimates and prepare tenders for mining mechanical & piping projects

About you

• Willingness to work FIFO as required
