Job summary

Crown Resorts in Perth seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex capital projects from design to completion, across new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments. You will manage budgets, programs, risk, safety and quality, while coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires 8–10+ years in building and construction, with strong experience across live projects and Tier 1-3 contractor management.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or related field.
8–10+ years of building and construction experience.
Experience with Tier 1-3 contractors in live projects.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple capital projects from initial brief through procurement, construction and completion.
Develop and manage project budgets, programs, schedules, variations and delivery risks.
Lead contractor and supplier tendering, evaluation, negotiation and appointment processes.
Manage consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders across complex project environments.
Oversee construction delivery, approvals, compliance, safety, quality and contractor performance.
Lead project governance and reporting, proactively identifying and resolving risks and delivery issues.
