Job summary

Crown Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex capital projects across new builds, fit-outs and refurbishments. You will drive delivery from brief to completion, accountable for program, budget, risk, safety and quality, in a live operational environment.

Join Crown Perth and lead contractor and supplier tendering, manage consultants and stakeholders, and oversee governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years’ experience in building and construction, delivering complex capital projects.
• Strong experience across new build, fit-out, refurbishment and/or brownfield construction projects.
• Proven experience managing Tier 1–3 contractors and multiple projects in live operational environments.
• Strong commercial capability across project budgets, variations, contracts and procurement.
• Advanced programming and scheduling capability; Primavera experience advantageous.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Property Design & Development team at Crown Perth. You’ll lead complex capital projects, spanning new builds, fit‑outs and refurbishments, with accountability for delivery across program, budget, risk, safety and quality.

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline, with experience using project management systems such as Aconex.
