• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and commercial decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-contract commercial strategy across capital projects, developing budgets and feasibility estimates.
• Drive procurement and tender outcomes, evaluate submissions and support contract negotiations.
• Lead value engineering and cost optimisation while ensuring alignment with funding.
• Oversee commercial delivery of large, complex projects including contract administration and final accounts.
