Job summary

Davies Ross Consulting Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of residential and mixed-use developments from design through construction and handover. You will work closely with experienced Directors and manage client relationships while coordinating consultancy teams across the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a client-side consultancy.
• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Property or similar.
• Strong residential development experience, ideally across medium-density or apartment projects.
• Experience managing projects through both pre-construction and delivery.
• Strong understanding of design coordination, procurement and construction.
• Good commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Professional, personable and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial planning and design through construction and handover
• Lead consultant teams and coordinate design development
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and reporting
• Oversee procurement, tendering and contractor engagement
• Manage contractors and monitor construction progress
• Chair client, consultant and contractor meetings
• Undertake contract administration and superintendent responsibilities
• Identify project risks and develop practical solutions
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Support and mentor junior Project Managers where required
