Davies Ross Consulting Pty Ltd – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join its Sydney team, supporting projects across design, construction and handover. You will work with experienced project managers and directors, gaining exposure to multiple sectors and client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in construction, a relevant degree, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive attitude to take ownership as you progress toward a future

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience within the construction industry.
• Experience in a project management consultancy is advantageous.
• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar.
• Exposure to the Sydney construction market is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of the construction and project delivery process.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Confidence working with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Ambition to progress within the business.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of projects from early planning and design through construction and handover.
• Coordinate architects, engineers and other project consultants.
• Assist with project programmes, budgets, reporting and risk management.
• Support tendering, procurement and contractor engagement.
• Attend and contribute to client, consultant and contractor meetings.
• Monitor project progress, actions and key deliverables.
• Assist with contract administration and superintendent responsibilities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and help develop practical solutions.
• Take increasing ownership of projects as experience develops.
