Job summary

Pro Civil Works in Sydney is seeking a Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure to lead delivery of major civil packages from mobilisation to handover. You will manage safety, schedule, cost and quality across substations, foundations, earthworks and BESS-related works, with a strong focus on utility civil infrastructure.

The role requires significant leadership of site supervisors and crews, commercial awareness and the ability to coordinate with clients and principal contractors.

Qualifications

• Significant PM experience within civil construction.
• Strong experience delivering utilities civils infrastructure.
• Experience managing large civil packages.
• Excellent communication and client management.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for project delivery from mobilisation through to practical completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, construction programs and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors, materials and project resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Manage multiple work fronts and construction activities across complex civil packages.
• Identify potential project delays, constraints and risks early and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Site Supervisors and Crew Leads to ensure daily construction activities align with the project program.
• Maintain a strong field presence and actively engage with site teams.
