Job summary

Bayside Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major client-side infrastructure program in Australia. You will support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital projects, including roads, utilities and enabling works, with long-term development objectives.

You’ll manage projects across the full lifecycle from planning and scoping through procurement, delivery and close-out, coordinating consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, commercially sound

Qualifications

Experience delivering civil/infrastructure projects.
Strong PM capabilities across planning, delivery, risk and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Proactive, solutions-focused approach to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Lead projects from planning and scoping through to delivery and close-out, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, time, cost, quality and safety.
Develop project plans, budgets, schedules and delivery strategies, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate consultants, contractors and project teams, building strong relationships and keeping projects moving forward.
Manage procurement, contracts, commercial outcomes, risks and project issues, with a focus on achieving value and quality outcomes.
Provide strong project and safety leadership, ensuring projects are delivered collaboratively, responsibly and in line with broader program objectives.
