Job summary

Talent Web Property is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of a major civil infrastructure package in Western Sydney. The role requires leading a multi-disciplinary team across earthworks, roads, drainage and utilities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will report to the Project Manager and drive programs, manage subcontractors and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule. A proven track record with Tier 1/2 civil contractors is preferred.

Qualifications

• 20+ years' experience in Australian civil construction.
• Proven Site Manager on large civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in earthworks, roads, drainage and utilities.
• Exceptional leadership and ability to mentor site teams.
• Excellent planning and organisational capability.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance program, quality and cost outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations across multiple fronts.
• Manage Site Supervisors, Project Engineers and subcontractors.
• Drive construction programs to milestones safely and on schedule.
• Oversee bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage, utilities, structures.
• Coordinate plant, labour, materials and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Work with commercial and project teams to resolve delivery challenges.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, authorities and stakeholders.
