Qualifications

• Experience delivering civil construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving project outcomes.
• White Card and current Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through to completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, resources, subcontractors, and project risks.
• Oversee civil construction activities including earthworks, foundations, and infrastructure works.
• Coordinate project teams, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive commercial performance, reporting, forecasting and contract administration.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future work.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
