Job summary

Full House Australia seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead its utilities function from our Sydney head office. The role is a predominantly office-based leadership position overseeing a team of Project Managers delivering civil and electrical utility projects across greater Sydney.

You will own the overall programme, safety, quality and commercial performance for the utilities portfolio, provide direction and reporting, mentor PMs, and manage stakeholder interfaces to protect schedule and margin.

Qualifications

• Background in civil infrastructure, utilities or electrical networks.
• Experience leading other Project Managers and overseeing multiple projects.
• Operational leadership including cost control, forecasting, risk management and HSEQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 5 Project Managers who oversee a broader delivery group.
• Own overall programme, safety, quality and commercial performance for the utilities portfolio.
• Provide direction, structure and reporting across LV/HV network and civil utility works.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, setting standards for project delivery.
• Manage key stakeholder interfaces and approvals to protect schedule and margin.
