The primary function of this position will be to develop and deliver a range of building infrastructure projects, including renewal, refurbishment, and new and unplanned works.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including learning and development and mentoring and coaching, to ensure that fundamental project management skills are delivered to a professional standard and competency throughout the team.
Assist the unit leader in the development of cost-effective asset management strategy and the planning of Council's building assets and related infrastructure programs.
