Liverpool City Council is seeking a motivated professional to lead the Georges River Litter Prevention Roadmap, coordinating with councils, agencies and communities to improve litter prevention and waterway health across the Georges River catchment.

Temporary Full Time, up to 3 years 35 hours, 5 days $92,042.95 to $100,855.53
In this role, you will lead the implementation of the Georges River Litter Prevention Roadmap, working collaboratively with member councils, government agencies and community stakeholders to deliver positive litter prevention and waterway health outcomes across the Georges River catchment.
You will support litter prevention with monitoring, data collection and reporting, build litter prevention capability across member councils, and identify opportunities for community participation and behaviour change initiatives. The role will use evidence and monitoring results to inform effective litter prevention programs, strengthen stakeholder partnerships and support the achievement of local and regional litter reduction targets.
