Liverpool City Council is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Building Projects Delivery team. You will lead the development and delivery of building infrastructure projects, including renewal and refurbishment, and oversee cost-effective asset management planning for council buildings and related programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in Architecture, Building Construction, Project Management or related discipline.
• Proven ability to initiate, plan, design manage, develop approvals and budgets for diverse projects.
• Experience with briefs, specifications, tenders and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a range of building infrastructure projects including renewal, refurbishment and new works.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the delivery team to ensure professional standards.
• Assist in asset management planning and budgeting for building assets and related programs.
