Job description

You won't be another PM in a large delivery team. This is an opportunity to help shape a growing builder. CGC are working with a boutique Sydney commercial builder that is steadily growing its project pipeline and is now looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager.

The business is led by an experienced senior team with Tier 1 and Tier 2 backgrounds, but operates with the speed, access and autonomy of a smaller contractor.

The opportunity

You'll take ownership of high-quality commercial fit-out projects, working with established clients across banking, finance and the corporate sector.

This isn't just about delivering the next project. You'll work directly with the Director and senior leadership, with the opportunity to contribute to how projects are delivered, client relationships are developed and the business grows.

This is an active growth hire, driven by continued project wins and a steadily increasing workload.

The role

• Lead commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover

About you

You'll already be operating as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within commercial construction, ideally with strong fit-out experience.

You'll need to be comfortable taking full ownership of projects while also wanting to contribute beyond delivery.

A degree in Construction Management or similar is required.
