Job summary

Pure Bold Pty Ltd, a Melbourne-based agency, seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to own planning, coordination and delivery across strategy, brand, web development and digital marketing. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and work with agency leadership to strengthen delivery systems and standards.

You will drive successful client outcomes, manage budgets and timelines, and continuously improve workflows and processes within a remote-friendly, collaborative environment.

We're looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to take ownership of how client work is planned, coordinated, prioritised and delivered across the agency. This is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity, building accountability across teams and improving the systems, processes and standards that support exceptional client outcomes.

You will lead the delivery of multidisciplinary projects spanning strategy, brand, web development, digital marketing and performance, while working directly with agency leadership to strengthen how Pure Bold operates and grows.

The Role

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of client work across the agency, ensuring projects are properly planned, resourced, communicated and commercially controlled from commencement through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading client delivery across strategy, brand, web and digital marketing engagements.
• Managing project plans, milestones, approvals, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary specialists across design, development, content, SEO and paid media.
• Monitoring scope, budgets, estimates, variations and project commercial performance.
• Identifying delivery risks early and driving practical resolution.
• Maintaining visibility of agency capacity, priorities and resource allocation.
• Improving workflows, operating standards and project management processes.
• Owning the effective use of Asana, Teams and SharePoint across delivery operations.
• Working alongside leadership to improve how the agency plans, communicates and delivers.

**Important: We are seeking candidates with experience delivering marketing, brand, digital and web projects within an agency or consulting environment. Candidates whose experience is primarily in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems or internal technology projects may find this role less aligned to their background.

About You

You are an experienced delivery leader who understands how strategy, creative, digital and technology disciplines come together to create commercial outcomes.

You are confident leading client conversations, challenging assumptions, managing competing priorities and making decisions when projects become complex.

You combine strong project management capability with commercial awareness, operational discipline and a genuine interest in helping teams perform at their best.

Ideally, you will bring

• Senior delivery, project or client services experience within a marketing | digital agency or consulting environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development and creative workflows.
• Commercial experience managing estimates, budgets, scope and variations.
• Experience with Asana or comparable work management platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence operating within a remote and distributed team environment.
• A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to turn ideas into practical action.
