- Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
- Strong understanding of planning, design and operations for mineral processing projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across all phases of project delivery.
- Develop innovative engineering solutions to meet client objectives.
- Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to align scope, schedule and budget.
- Oversee activities, monitor performance, and resolve technical issues.
- Conduct technical reviews and promote safety, quality and continuous improvement.
