Morson Edge Australia is seeking a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer to join a well-established Tier 2 builder delivering a major residential and mixed-use development in Sydney's inner suburbs. This role offers ownership of key packages on a $200M+ project and exposure to a strong project pipeline within a collaborative delivery team.

You'll contribute to programme milestones, coordinate design coordination, RFIs and documentation, and manage subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure

Competenze

• 5+ years' experience with a Tier 1, 2 or 3 head contractor.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects, ideally $100M+.
• Strong technical understanding of structures and/or finishes.
• Experience managing subcontractors, design coordination and construction packages.
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Commercially aware, organised and confident working within a fast-paced project environment.

An opportunity has opened up for an experienced Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to join a well-established Tier 2 builder delivering a major residential and mixed-use development in Sydney's inner suburbs. With 400+ apartments and a substantial structure and finishes scope, this is an opportunity to take ownership of key packages on a large-scale project while working alongside an experienced delivery team. The builder has a strong pipeline of secured projects across Sydney, offering long-term stability and genuine career progression.

You'll be joining an established project team with the resources and support to deliver a technically challenging build.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate key construction packages across structures and finishes.
