Job summary

ADD STAFF, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Project Director/Senior Project Manager to lead a significant healthcare infrastructure project across Brisbane and regional Queensland.

Based at the Brisbane head office and on site in regional QLD, you will drive design, construction delivery and commercial performance. You will oversee a delivery team including up to three Project Managers, ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors and

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project leadership for electrical contracting or major infra projects.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen with a track record of managing design development.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project managers and delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a major electrical and infrastructure package from design through to completion.
• Oversee design development, coordination and constructability with consultants and engineering teams.
• Manage project commercial performance including budgets, forecasts and variations.
• Direct fixed-price contracting, risk management and financial reporting.
• Mentor Project Managers, site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate procurement, programming and resources for the project.
• Build relationships with head contractor, consultants and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across delivery.
