Kappa Executive Search is seeking an experienced Project Architect for a Brisbane studio of a leading national practice, focusing on complex healthcare projects for Queensland Health, including a $500M regional hospital redevelopment. You will lead design and documentation, coordinate consultants, and mentor junior architects.

Join a studio expanding its Queensland healthcare portfolio with Stage 1 completion targeted for 2030.

Qualifications

• Experience on complex technical healthcare projects.
• Revit documentation and BIM delivery.
• Coordination of consultants, building services and technical requirements.
• Knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.
• Ability to manage delivery, communicate with clients and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery for complex healthcare schemes in Queensland Health portfolio.
• Coordinate consultants, building services and technical project requirements.
• Deliver Revit documentation with integrated services and quality control.
• Mentor graduates and junior architects within the Brisbane studio.
• Build lasting client and team relationships to grow Queensland healthcare presence.
