Job summary

Intro Recruitment Professional Solutions partners with a leading Queensland electrical contractor to recruit a Project Director – Electrical for Brisbane delivery. You will lead major electrical projects from design through to completion, developing high-performing teams and managing client, consultant, subcontractor relationships.

The role offers senior leadership with strategic impact across health, commercial, industrial sectors and an active project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering electrical projects, with senior leadership experience.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen with proven project financial oversight.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing client relations.
• Knowledge of Australian electrical standards and HSEQ requirements.
• QLD Electrical Licence is highly regarded; Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across major electrical projects and delivery teams.
• Take accountability for project delivery, commercial performance, programme, quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, forecasting and financial performance.
• Drive programmes, milestones and design coordination across projects.
• Build trusted relationships with Tier 1 clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead and mentor project managers and engineers to achieve high performance.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, HSEQ and regulatory requirements.
