Job summary

Icon Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join a significant $100m CBD project. You will work with the Project Manager and team across design coordination, procurement, construction, documentation and stakeholder management to keep milestones on track.

Take ownership of key packages, coordinate design and consultants, manage RFIs and shop drawings, and support procurement and subcontractor engagement to deliver on time and to standard.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Project Coordinator on commercial construction projects >$70m.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Residential/high-rise/complex CBD project experience highly regarded.
• Strong design and subcontractor coordination.
• Good understanding of construction delivery.
• Experience managing project packages from procurement to completion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proactive ownership attitude.
• Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key packages and project deliverables
• Coordinate design, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Manage RFIs, shop drawings, approvals and project documentation
• Support procurement and subcontractor engagement
• Coordinate design and construction activities across the project
• Track programme milestones and key project deliverables
• Identify and proactively resolve design and construction issues
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders
• Support project meetings, reporting and delivery activities
• Work closely with the Project Manager and broader team to achieve programme, quality and project outcomes
