Job summary

PLS is an electric-minerals company seeking a Head of Project Controls to lead a team and own the project controls standards across a diverse portfolio in Australia and Brazil. The role focuses on estimating, scheduling, cost management and forecasting to ensure successful delivery of capital projects within the group.

You will partner with the Project Director and Area Managers, driving high-quality cost control, budgeting and risk analysis while fostering a safe and collaborative work

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the mining, project or construction industry with 10+ years of project controls experience across multi-million-dollar projects.
• ,

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of project controls standards, systems and guidelines across major projects in Australia and Brazil.
• Oversee the full project controls suite including estimating, scheduling, cost management and control, budgeting, updates and forecasting.
• Coach and develop project controls personnel and ensure governance and quality across reporting.
