You will mentor 3–4 specialists, develop schedules with Primavera P6 or MS Project, align schedule with cost, monitor variances, and drive best practices across the project controls framework.

A background in mining, construction or infrastructure and 8–10 years experience, with strong stakeholder

Qualificações

• 8–10 years in project controls within mining, construction or infrastructure projects.
• Lead or senior project controls role with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in planning/scheduling and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of 3–4 project controls professionals.
• Develop, maintain and oversee integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Ensure alignment between schedule, cost and project deliverables across the EPCM framework.
• Monitor progress against baseline plans and identify variances and risks.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide timely reporting on schedule, cost and performance to stakeholders.
• Support change management processes and governance.
