Job summary

Sedgman Prudentia in Adelaide seeks a Project Controls Lead to guide cost control, scheduling, forecasting and reporting across multidisciplinary minerals processing projects from feasibility through commissioning. You will lead project controls across the portfolio, develop plans, review progress, support design activity, and ensure ERP/PSA system documentation and training are in place.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project services within a consulting or project delivery environment.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in minerals processing engineering consulting with portfolio management.
• Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary projects and strong cost/schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project controls across projects including cost control, scheduling, forecasting and reporting.
• Develop and review project plans, schedules and progress reports.
• Coordinate design activities and advise on corrective actions with Project Leads.
• Ensure consistent use of project controls processes and improvements.
• Lead ERP/PSA documentation and training across the business.
