Job summary

You will coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure quality outcomes, while applying strong knowledge of codes, sustainability and construction principles. The role focuses on delivering design excellence across diverse sectors and scales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural design with increasing responsibilities across project phases.
• Proactive in supporting timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of construction principles, codes and standards.
• Experience presenting design proposals and visual materials to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development and documentation for complex projects across multiple sectors.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients and consultants to ensure integrated outcomes.
• Present and defend design proposals, addressing questions and revisions as needed.
• Analyse site context and data to inform design decisions and options.
• Stay current with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new materials.
