Job summary

COX Architecture is a design-focused architectural practice seeking an Interior Designer to manage small projects end-to-end. You will direct a small project team, liaise with clients, prepare detailed drawings using Revit and CAD, and maintain project QA and documentation.

Collaborate across disciplines and support process improvements. The role requires an undergraduate degree in Interior Design, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Interior Design or equivalent field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage time and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in project coordination and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Manage small scale projects independently and effectively.
• Oversee day-to-day running of a small project team.
• Direct client liaison and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, models using CAD/Revit.
• Maintain project files and QA processes and documentation.
• Contribute to resource allocation and project scheduling.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team reviews.
• Support continuous improvement and industry development.
