Qualifications

• 8+ years post-graduate experience delivering high-end residential or boutique commercial projects.
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate concept into refined documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership to guide clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Creative leadership with the design team to develop and resolve architectural design.
• End-to-end ownership of prestigious residential projects through Concept, DA, Documentation and Construction phases.
• Lead project programming, budgets and ensure architectural integrity across phases.
• Navigate stakeholder environments with poise for ultra-luxury projects.
• Mentor junior and mid-level architects in documentation and design judgement.
