Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking an experienced Senior Architect in Melbourne to lead multi-residential developments. The role requires oversight across multiple projects, strong client management, and hands-on design development from inception through construction.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years post-graduate experience, registration as an Architect, and expert Revit skills. Local experience and independent project leadership are highly valued at our CBD studio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of post-grad experience.
• Registration as Architect required.
• Local experience preferred.
• Revit proficiency is a must.
• Strong design development, documentation and construction/site admin skills.
• Proven ability to work independently on projects.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Proficient in schedule preparation and report writing.
• Solid understanding of BADs, NCC and BCA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and work independently across multiple projects from DD to CA.
• Understand and meet project requirements quickly.
• Manage relationships with key clients to meet briefs.
• Detailed programming, planning and budgeting for each project.

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect specialising in multi-residential developments, to work on a diverse scope of projects and exercise their creativity and leadership skills!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively and independently delivering across multiple projects concurrently at various stages fromDD to CA
• Quick to understand and meet project requirements
• Manage relationships with key clients to ensure their brief is met
• Detailed programming, planning and budgeting of each project
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and consultants

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 12years of post-grad experience
• Registration as Architect
• local experience preferred
• Proficiency in Revit is a must!
• Highly competent in Design Development, Documentation and Construction/Site Admin.
• Highly experienced in working independently on projects
• High organisation skills and time management
• Schedule preparation and report writing
• Solidunderstanding of BADs, NCC, BCA compliance knowledge
• Experience in Multi-residential sector
