Job summary

Cox Richardson Architects & Planners is seeking a senior architect with at least 12 years of experience in architectural design, project management, and team leadership. The role involves guiding project teams, coordinating with clients and authorities, and delivering high-quality design across complex projects.

Master’s degree in Architecture is required, and registration with the relevant body is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher qualifications in architecture with emphasis on leadership and delivery.
• Strong design thinking and creative problem-solving能力.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and teams.
• Registration with the relevant governing body is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project teams and collaborate with senior leaders to meet goals.
• Mentor and develop team members with guidance and feedback.
• Coordinate with project team, clients and consultants.
• Oversee production of detailed workings, plans, drawings, schedules and specifications.
• Manage design, documentation and construction of projects.
• Supervise work of design and delivery team members.
• Liaise with approving authorities as required.
• Contribute to business development and client relationships.
