Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a highly organised Senior Project Administrator to join our Mining & Minerals North operations in Cape Lambert. This role supports administrative functions on our major Marine Structural Integrity project, either locally or FIFO from Perth to Karratha on an 8:6 roster.

You will collaborate with site-based project administrators and the operations team to ensure smooth admin, mobilisation and payroll processes, delivering exceptional service and clear communication across

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior administration or project administration experience in mining/resources/industrial sectors.
• Experience with coordinating large teams or workforce movements.
• Familiarity with client portals and standard industry tools (ERMS/CMS/SuccessFactors/Pegasus/AMEX/Workflow).

Responsibilities

• Assist in mobilisations/demobilisations planning for site personnel.
• Act as a point of contact for a high volume of personnel.
• Liaise between client and company to ensure site personnel compliance.
• Manage and maintain documentation including timesheets, procurement and HSE files.
• Maintain communication between Perth and site offices.
• Act as a senior resource, sharing knowledge and supporting team development.
