L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Australia seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to create and maintain the program schedule in collaboration with the Program Managers and the program team.

The role involves overseeing large-scale, complex scheduling activities and ensuring delivery against scope, schedule and budget while driving improvements in processes. You will communicate across functions to gain cooperation on all scheduling matters.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent PM training.
• Project management training or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Earned Value Performance management methods.
• Knowledge of Defence Program Management practices desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the program schedule on behalf of the Program Managers.
• Oversee large-scale complex program scheduling activities with scope, schedule and budget accountability.
• Collaborate across functions to secure alignment and resolve challenges.
• Assist the Program Manager to mature PMO services in line with changing needs.
