Job summary

RPS, a Tetra Tech company, seeks an experienced Senior/Associate Director Planner/Scheduler to own the Integrated Master Schedule for a major Defence facilities program in Australia. You will align design, construction and stakeholder milestones with project teams and contractors to deliver a fully integrated, risk-aware schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in planning/scheduling, preferably Defence or large infra projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel with data integrity focus.
• Strong understanding of construction lifecycles and risk-aware scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyse the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Primavera P6.
• Integrate sub-schedules from contractors and stakeholders and ensure data quality.
• Coordinate with cost and risk leads to align schedule with budgets and forecasts.
• Identify risks/opportunities and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide schedule inputs for internal and client reporting and governance.
