Qantas seeks a Senior Program Manager, Commercial Transformation to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Fares transformation. This permanent role at Mascot anchors cross-functional teams across Commercial, Technology, Digital, Loyalty, and Operations to deliver a sequenced plan on time and within budget.

You will drive governance, risk, and change control while delivering sustainable outcomes that support Modern Airline Retailing across customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in program or delivery management across large-scale transformations.
• Experience leading technology implementations or complex product launches in aviation or retail.
• Strong delivery planning, risk and change control capabilities.
• Experience with operating readiness and business change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery program of a major commercial transformation for Qantas fares.
• Coordinate cross-functional design, build, and business teams for enterprise-wide rollout.
• Drive a multi-year program with iterative releases toward Modern Airline Retailing.
• Oversee governance, critical-path planning, risk, and vendor performance; ensure readiness.
