Qantas Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Commercial Transformation. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of the Fares transformation, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery across customer, distribution, operations and technology touchpoints.

You’ll drive governance, risk management and readiness while partnering with Commercial, Technology, Digital, Loyalty and Operations teams to realize Modern Airline Retailing across a multi-year

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in program or delivery management.
• Proven record delivering large-scale cross-functional transformation programs, ideally in aviation or retail.
• Experience leading major technology implementations or complex product launch programs.
• Strong capability in integrated delivery planning, critical-path management, dependencies, risk, scope and change control.
• Experience managing program budgets, business cases, third-party vendors and delivery partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the end-to-end delivery program of a major commercial transformation shaping the future of Qantas’ fare offering.
• Act as the program's driving force, coordinating cross-functional design, build, and business teams for an enterprise-wide rollout.
• Drive a multi-year program of work with continuous iterative releases toward Modern Airline Retailing.
• Oversee governance, risk and readiness across all customer, distribution, operations and technology touchpoints.
