Job summary

Qantas Airways invites applications for a Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our Commercial Transformation, shaping the future of fare offerings. You will coordinate cross-functional design, build and business teams, guiding a multi-year program toward Modern Airline Retailing.

You’ll manage governance, risk, and stakeholder alignment across Commercial, Technology and Operations, delivering on time, within budget, with a clear business case.

Qualifications

Ten-plus years in program or delivery management with large-scale transformations.
Experience leading technology implementations or complex product launches.
Strong capability in delivery planning, risk, dependencies and change control.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of a major commercial transformation program.
Coordinate cross-functional design, build and business teams for a multi-year rollout.
Governance, critical-path planning, risk management and operational readiness.
Ensure programs align with approved business cases and budgets.
