Melbourne Business School in Carlton seeks a Senior Program Manager (Learning Solutions) to lead delivery of Executive Education engagements. You will coordinate clients, faculty, and teams, ensuring milestones, governance and learner experience are achieved.

Share expertise to strengthen delivery standards, manage risk, and protect margins while collaborating across the Learning Solutions and Executive Education teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex, high-value engagements across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage governance, scope and budget with sound judgement.
• Proven track record in cost control and margin protection.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of high-complexity client engagements from start to finish.
• Coordinate clients, faculty, facilitators and internal teams to meet commitments.
• Oversee learner experience, onboarding, feedback and continuous improvement.
• Monitor costs, governance, scope and delivery risk, escalating when needed.
