Qualifications

• Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management; ability to lead institution-wide learning initiatives.
• Strong skills in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development to create inclusive, outcomes-focused programs.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems and related educational technologies to support digital and blended learning.
• Proven leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement abilities, including mentoring staff.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; use data/feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Leadership, or related field; postgraduate study is highly regarded.
• Experience in school or tertiary education settings; familiarity with Australian educational standards and compliance frameworks is beneficial.
