Tennis Australia is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery, governance and value realisation of a multi-year Adobe Partnership. You will develop an integrated roadmap across Technology, Marketing, Content, Digital and Commerce to drive measurable outcomes.

Collaborating with Adobe and internal stakeholders, you will maximise technology investments, drive adoption and deliver ongoing capability uplift across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale transformation programs or enterprise portfolios.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across cross-functional environments.
• Strong governance, planning, benefits realisation and risk management background.
• Experience with digital experience, marketing tech, customer data or enterprise platforms.
• Exceptional communication and leadership with collaborative, outcomes-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery, governance and value realisation of Tennis Australia’s multi-year Adobe Partnership Program.
• Develop and manage an integrated roadmap covering ~30 strategic use cases across Technology, Marketing, Content, Digital and Commerce.
• Establish governance, risk management and executive reporting frameworks for successful outcomes.
• Partner with Adobe and internal stakeholders to maximise technology investments and specialist support.
• Drive incremental delivery, adoption and continuous improvement for measurable business impact.
