Job summary

Publicis Sapient in Melbourne seeks a Senior Adobe Workfront Specialist to lead platform optimisation, governance uplift, and automation across Workfront, AEM DAM, and Fusion. You will partner with Product Owner and stakeholders to deliver value, oversee risk and audit readiness, and drive end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, 1:1 and traditional channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing teams
• Hands-on with Adobe marketing ecosystem including Workfront, AEM DAM or Fusion
• Experience supporting governance, integrations, or production processes in a marketing environment
• Experience managing suppliers and vendors with governance and delivery oversight
• Proven track record delivering marketing effectiveness and efficiency improvements
• Proven ability delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, 1:1 and traditional channels

Responsibilities

• Lead uplift initiatives and support governance, planning and reporting across B&CX platforms
• Oversee risk, controls, data quality, platform performance and audit readiness
• Resolve incidents and manage control gaps with cross-functional teams including risk, compliance and vendors
• Develop and implement governance frameworks for platform usage, vendor engagement and marketing compliance
• Configure, develop, and support Workfront, AEM DAM and Fusion including workflows and automation
• Maintain governance controls within platforms, including asset lifecycle, metadata and taxonomy
