Job summary

Tennis Australia Limited is seeking a senior leader to drive the end-to-end delivery and governance of its multi-year Adobe Partnership Program. You will build an integrated roadmap across Technology, Marketing, Content, Digital and Commerce, ensuring value realisation and executive-level reporting.

You will collaborate with Adobe and internal teams to maximise technology investments, enable implementation services and support, and deliver measurable business outcomes while uplifting capability

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale transformation programs, enterprise portfolios or strategic technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives across cross-functional environments.
• Strong background in governance, planning, benefits realisation, risk management and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery, governance and value realisation of Tennis Australia's multi-year Adobe Partnership Program.
• Develop and manage an integrated roadmap across Technology, Marketing, Content, Digital and Commerce.
• Establish governance, risk management and executive reporting frameworks for successful outcomes.
• Partner with Adobe and internal stakeholders to maximise technology investments and support.
• Drive incremental delivery, adoption and continuous improvement with measurable business outcomes.
