Job summary

Tennis Australia in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery, governance and value realisation of the organisation’s multi-year Adobe Partnership Program.

You will develop an integrated roadmap covering approximately 30 strategic use cases across Technology, Marketing, Content and Digital, establish governance and risk reporting, and collaborate with Adobe and internal stakeholders to maximise investments and delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale transformation programs or enterprise portfolios.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives across cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in governance, planning, risk management and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery and governance of Tennis Australia’s Adobe Partnership Program.
• Develop and manage an integrated roadmap across ~30 strategic use cases.
• Establish governance, risk management and executive reporting frameworks.
• Partner with Adobe and internal stakeholders to maximise investments and value realization.
