Job summary

Hatchit Studios is seeking a Senior Profisee Developer/Engineer to lead MDM solutions and integrations for a major Federal Government transformation. The role is hands-on, focusing on Profisee MDM, Azure-based data flows and enterprise data integration.

You will work with architects, engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality master data capabilities across a complex environment, with strong emphasis on governance, data quality and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing Profisee MDM solutions.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles (MDM, governance, survivorship).
• Hands-on API and ETL/ELT integration experience with enterprise systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure data services (ADF, SQL, Functions, Logic Apps).
• Proven background in Agile/DevOps delivery environments and data platforms.

Responsibilities

About the Opportunity

Hatchit Studios is seeking an experienced Senior Profisee Developer / Engineer for a labour hire engagement supporting a major Federal Government transformation program.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on the development, implementation and ongoing operation of an enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform. The successful candidate will bring strong practical experience with Profisee MDM, Microsoft Azure and enterprise data integration, working alongside architects, engineers, business stakeholders and delivery teams.

The role will contribute to the delivery of trusted, governed and high-quality master data capabilities across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and support enterprise MDM solutions using Profisee


• Design and maintain integrations between Profisee, enterprise applications, data platforms and downstream consumers


• Develop integrations using APIs, Azure services and ETL/ELT technologies


• Implement data quality controls, validation processes, matching and survivorship rules


• Configure and support data stewardship workflows and governance controls


• Work with architects, engineers, business analysts and data stewards to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions


• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration and data issues across development, test and production environments


• Support application deployment, production operations and platform optimisation


• Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD and deployment automation practices


• Produce high-quality technical and operational documentation


• Provide technical guidance, mentoring and knowledge sharing across the delivery team

Skills & Experience Required

• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing enterprise Profisee MDM solutions


• Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles, including:


• Master and Reference Data


• Data Governance and Stewardship


• Data Quality Management


• Matching and Survivorship


• Hierarchy Management


• Strong experience designing and implementing APIs and ETL/ELT integrations


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Functions and Logic Apps


• Strong SQL and relational database experience


• Experience with enterprise data modelling, data quality frameworks and metadata management


• Experience developing, testing, deploying and supporting production-grade enterprise data solutions


• Demonstrated experience working within Agile and/or DevOps delivery environments


• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capability


• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Highly Regarded

• Experience implementing MDM within Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric environments


• Previous Federal Government, regulated industry or large enterprise experience


• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data platforms


• Relevant certifications in Azure, Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or Profisee MDM

Security & Eligibility

Candidates must hold an active Baseline AGSVA security clearance prior to commencement and be able to obtain and maintain a minimum NV1 security clearance.

Applicants should be available to work from an office in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Hobart, with hybrid working arrangements available subject to the client's requirements.
