Job summary

Acolade Consulting seeks an experienced Senior Master Data Management Developer to configure Profisee MDM, build integrations, and implement data quality controls for a long-term federal program.

The role requires Baseline AGSVA clearance with NV1 eligibility, and will be conducted in a hybrid setup across Canberra or client offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Hobart, or Brisbane.

Qualifications

Job: - Senior Master Data Management Developer - Profisee - (Must hold an active Baseline Clearance)

Duration: 8 Months

Location: - Brisbane QLD, Canberra ACT, Melbourne VIC, Sydney NSW or Hobart TAS

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Master Data Management Developer / Engineer who will configure Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) platform, develop integrations, implement data quality processes for a long-term contract role with a Federal Agency

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Profisee MDM.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles, including: Master Data, Reference Data, Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Data Quality Management, Matching and Survivorship and Hierarchy Management
• Experience designing and implementing data integration solutions using APIs, ETL/ELT processes, and modern integration technologies.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering complex data solutions within Agile or DevOps-based delivery environments.
• Experience developing, testing, deploying, and supporting production-grade enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, data quality frameworks, and metadata management practices.
• Experience implementing data quality rules, data validation processes, and governance controls within enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing MDM in Azure and/or Microsoft Fabric environments.
• Experience working with government, regulated industries, or large enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for data platforms.
• Relevant certifications in: Azure Architecture, Azure Engineering, Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture or Profisee MDM

Key Responsibilities

• Developing, configuring and supporting enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using the Profisee platform.
• Delivering MDM capabilities that enable consistent, trusted and governed master data across business and technology domains.
• Designing, developing and maintaining integrations between Profisee, enterprise applications, data platforms and downstream consumers using APIs, Azure services and ETL/ELT technologies.
• Working collaboratively with architects, engineers, business analysts, data stewards and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and supportable solutions.
• Engaging with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand data challenges, provide technical advice and contribute to the delivery of business outcomes.

Visa Status and Security Clearance

• Candidate must hold an active Baseline AGSVA security clearance prior to commencement, and be able to obtain and maintain a minimum NV1 Security clearance.

Contract Duration

• Contract for an initial: - ASAP - 30 June 2027
• Working arrangements: - (Hybrid) Applicants will perform the role in Canberra, or the State offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Hobart. (i.e. a combination of onsite attendance at an Client’s office and remote working will be considered at the discretion of the hiring manager).
