Job summary

Indigitise Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Senior Profisee Developer/Engineer to support the design, configuration and operation of an enterprise MDM platform on Microsoft Azure. The role is hands-on and requires delivering Profisee configurations, data integrations and quality controls across complex data environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with solution architects, data stewards and delivery teams to ensure trusted master data governance and scalable data management

Job Description

The Federal client is seeking anexperienced Senior Profisee Developer / Engineer to support the development,implementation and ongoing operation of an enterprise Master Data Management(MDM) platform.

This is a hands-on technicalrole requiring an experienced practitioner who can configure Profisee MDM,develop integrations, implement data quality processes, and support deliveryteams throughout the implementation lifecycle. The successful candidate willwork closely with architects, engineers, business stakeholders and deliveryteams to deliver MDM capabilities that support enterprise data managementobjectives.

Thecandidate will be responsible for:

• Developing andconfiguring Profisee MDM solutions.
  
• Building andsupporting integrations between enterprise applications and dataplatforms.
  
• Implementing dataquality, matching, survivorship and stewardship processes.
  
• Working withAzure-based services and enterprise data platforms.
  
• Troubleshootingplatform, integration and data-related issues.
  
• Supportingdeployment and production operations.
  

The successful candidate willwork closely with solution architects, data architects, developers, businessstakeholders and delivery teams to deliver and support an enterprise-grade MDMplatform on Microsoft Azure.

This role is best suited to aSenior Profisee Developer, Senior Data Engineer, MDM Engineer or TechnicalConsultant with proven experience delivering Profisee implementations inenterprise environments.

The candidate must hold anactive Baseline AGSVA security clearance prior to commencement, and be able toobtain and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 AGSVA security clearance.

TheSenior Profisee Developer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing,configuring and supporting enterprise Master Data Management (MDM)solutions using the Profisee platform.
  
• Delivering MDMcapabilities that enable consistent, trusted and governed master dataacross business and technology domains.
  
• Designing,developing and maintaining integrations between Profisee, enterpriseapplications, data platforms and downstream consumers using APIs, Azureservices and ETL/ELT technologies.
  
• Implementing andsupporting data quality controls, validation processes, matching andsurvivorship rules, stewardship workflows and governance controls withinthe MDM platform.
  
• Workingcollaboratively with architects, engineers, business analysts, datastewards and delivery teams to translate business requirements intoscalable, secure and supportable solutions.
  
• Building andmaintaining effective working relationships across the Agency to supportthe adoption of master data management, data governance and data qualitypractices.
  
• Engaging withbusiness stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand datachallenges, provide technical advice and contribute to the delivery ofbusiness outcomes.
  
• Taking ownershipof assigned work packages through analysis, development, testing,deployment and ongoing operational support.
  
• Investigating andresolving complex platform, integration and data-related issues acrossdevelopment, test and production environments, implementing sustainableand maintainable solutions where required.
  
• Contributing tothe establishment and continuous improvement of engineering standards,DevOps practices, deployment automation and operational processes.
  
• Supportingplatform reliability, security, performance and maintainability throughproactive monitoring, optimisation and technical improvement activities.
  
• Producing andmaintaining high-quality technical, operational and support documentationin accordance with program and organisational standards.
  
• Providingtechnical guidance, mentoring and knowledge sharing to team members,fostering a collaborative and high-performing delivery culture.
  
• Identifying andcommunicating risks, issues and dependencies relating to MDM and dataintegration activities and contributing to the development of effectivemitigation strategies.
