Job summary

Citic is seeking a Sr. Support Analyst to provide production support for corporate applications. The role involves incident management, change management, and collaboration with IT teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in application support.
• Scripting knowledge in Shell or Unix.
• Hands-on experience with Solace, MQ, Java-based applications.
• Experience with Unix/Linux OS, relational databases, SQL.
• Experience with production support, incident and change management.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle pressure.
• ITIL processes knowledge; DevOps exposure (CI/CD).
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes; Selenium.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across Corporate IT departments.
• Assess issue criticality and escalate to stakeholders as needed.
• Handle production incidents and service requests; coordinate resolutions.
• Diagnose and resolve day-to-day system/application issues.
• Prepare and perform change releases as part of Change Management.
• Develop scripts to monitor system health (SQL or Linux).
• Manage weekend events like software releases and BCP rehearsals.
• Provide on-call support after hours; weekend support via VPN.
• Automation of deployment and integration of HR, Finance, Treasury, and Compliance components.
