Job summary

Citi Technology Support is seeking a production support analyst to manage day-to-day application availability, track incidents, and communicate status updates to business stakeholders. You will also build and enhance technical tools to improve support operations and respond to fluctuating demand in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires shift work, including weekend coverage, with hours from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm AU time, and collaboration with NAM region teams to ensure seamless 24x7 support.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of multi-tier client-server architecture and HTTP lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience supporting RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with web server configuration and log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development, infrastructure and business to meet requirements.
• Resolve issues and ensure daily processes meet SLAs.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders clearly.
