Job summary

Sharp & Carter, based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, seeks an experienced Production Planner to lead scheduling and cross‑functional coordination across Customer Service, Sales and Operations. The role reports to the Head of Supply Chain and offers long‑term career development in a well‑established global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in production planning or a similar manufacturing planning role.
• Strong track record of long term impact at an organisation.
• Experience with SAP PP in S/4HANA is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and refine production schedules to meet forecasts and commitments.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales on order planning and lead times.
• Collaborate with the materials planning team on MRP and material availability.
• Enter and maintain production orders in SAP for customer and internal orders.
• Analyse capacity and resource availability to optimise scheduling decisions.
• Support monthly SIOP and capacity planning reporting processes.
